Sales Role - Digital Banking - Internet Payment Gateway (2-2 Yrs) Thane/Mumbai/Maharashtra (BFSI Sales)

- Working in payment gateway services of Bank of Baroda for on-boarding new merchants.
-Reconciliation & Dispute management operations for Bank of Baroda- Internet Payment Gateway Ops.
-Sharing commercial i.e. MDR charges for onboarding different categories of merchants like retail merchants, education institutional merchants, and government categories merchants etc).
-Liaise with the Bank officials for document collection for new merchant/aggregator on-boarding - Preparing approval note for merchants onboarding.
-Completing the daily settlement.
-Responding customer complaints, merchant MIS and disputes.
-Co-ordination with branches/aggregators, preparing claims, daily reconciliation of transactions and charges checking.
-Resolution of queries and escalations received from field functionaries (Branches/regions/Zones) - Scrutiny of documents received from Zones/Region with respect to onboarding of new merchants.
-Backend processing for merchant integration.
-Immediate communication to Zones and Regions for discrepancies observed in documents submitted by them for rectification.
