Job Summary:
Located in Gurgaon, providing Supplier Quality Supervision to a project including participation in project and or shop quality surveillance in accordance with Bechtel Supplier Quality and Expediting Inc. (BSQE), Global Business Unit (GBU) and project procedures. This is a full:time position.

Receives operational direction and project guidance for Supplier Quality activities from the Project Procurement Manager

Receives functional guidance from the Regional Supplier Quality Manager.

Provide project:related direction and guidance to Project Supplier Quality Representatives and Area Supplier Quality Specialists.
Contacts
:
Corresponds administratively with Project Procurement Manager, Functional Manager, the global business unit, BSQE, project Supplier Qualityteam, project engineering, procurement, quality assurance and construction personnel, and Area Supplier Quality Specialists.

Maintains contact with suppliersandwith customers
Major Responsibilities:
:
Plan, prepare and administer Quality Surveillance Assignments (QSAs) for source surveillance, surveys and audits as required for project
:
Coordinate with SQ Regional Managers and Supervisors for the allocation of resources for intended QSAs
:
Reviews material requisitions including technical specifications with respect to quality requirements and participates with Engineering in determining the levels of surveillance required and establishing witness and hold points.

Assists in the development of the final bid list and the selection of a recommended bidder

Participates in pre:award and post:award meetings/conferences with suppliers to review Area Supplier Qualitys right of access, release for shipment authority, and notification on witness and hold points during quality surveillance activities

Prepares quality surveillance and capability survey assignments for execution by the assigned Area Supplier Quality Specialists
