Position OverviewBusiness Development ManagerFunction Related ActivitiesAs a Business Development Manager, you need to spearhead business growth efforts for one of ourhigh-potential projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth andsuccess of our organization while leveraging your expertise in B2B sales.The successful candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, exceptionalcommunication skills in English, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This rolerequires a strategic thinker who can identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturingexisting client relationships to maximize revenue and market penetration.Key Responsibilities: The role is for digital profile sales and will involve complete ownership of the region andgenerating revenue through B2B sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understandtheir needs and develop tailored solutions. Prospecting relevant merchants for the platform, understanding marketing objectives andproviding resolutions. To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure. To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understandtheir needs and develop tailored solutions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenuegrowth. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable contracts and long-termpartnerships. Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting keyachievements and challenges.Qualifications: Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andinfluence decision-makers. Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and profitability. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
