Key Responsibilities : - Identify customer base and market cap for the Osmosys Products (www.Oqsha.com ) - Comfortable making out-bound sales calls and understand customer requirements and mapping our product features - Reaching out to decision makers, fixing appointments, and making introductory visits - Product demonstration and closing the deal - Responsible for achieving consolidated Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Targets - Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline- Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors/expansion of local promotional schemes and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies to increase revenue Ideal Candidate : - Good knowledge in sales preferably in selling Software products - Highly motivated and target-driven individual with good communication and negotiation skills Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
