Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (1-2 Yrs) Tamil Nadu/Thanjavur (BFSI Sales)

Key Responsibilities : - Oversee and guide a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
-Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to build a strong sales force.
-Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and expand market reach.
-Conduct regular training sessions to improve agent performance and product knowledge.
-Track agent performance and provide ongoing support to ensure sales goals are met.
-Build relationships with clients and agents to drive business and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Requirement :- 1-2 years of experience in sales and Field sales.
-Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
-Knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
-Ability to recruit and train new agents.
