Job Description
Education: Bachelor s degree-Science/ Engineering Background or Master s/ MBA in Business,Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.Experience: 2-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the healthcare, SAAS or technology sectors.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.- Partner with the marketing team to implement focused campaigns and promotional initiatives.- Discover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to optimize revenue from current accounts.- Collaborate with product development, customer support, and marketing teams to guarantee smooth service delivery and client satisfaction- Educate potential clients (tier 1 corporate hospitals) on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.- Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.Requirements:- Aligned for a field sales role (Individual Contributor) and expertise successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
