Shift Adherence: Ensure the team adheres to the scheduled shift timings and reports on time.2. Non-Performer Action Plan: Develop and implement action plans to address performance issues among underperforming agents.11. Weekly Review: Conduct weekly performance reviews with the reporting manager to evaluate progress and areas for improvement.12. Unplanned Leave Management: Manage and track unplanned leaves to ensure adequate team coverage.13.
