Job Description
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.- Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.- Provide information about product features, materials, and care instructions.- Perform sales transactions, including receiving payments and issuing receipts.- Build productive trust relationships with customers.- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.- Stay knowledgeable about the latest jewellery trends, materials, and pricing.- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the jewellery industry.- Excellent knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist customers.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
