This is work from office and will involve field work.Your primary responsibilities will include :Key Responsibilities :Business Growth:- Achieve and exceed annual Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets.- Drive sustainable profitability through effective sales strategies.Agency Channel Management:- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of agents.- Coach and mentor agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.- Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback.- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.- Collaborate with agency partners to develop joint business plans.- Ensure timely and accurate commission payments to agents.Compliance:- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including IRDA guidelines.- Ensure quality and compliance of all insurance applications.Customer Service:- Provide support and guidance to agents on policy services and customer queries.- Promote excellent customer service standards.Criteria :- Bachelor s degree/PG- 1 years of experience in Sales (field or insurance sales preferred) with good consistency and without any gap.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proven track record of achieving sales targetsSalary - Upto 5 LPA Allowances Incentives (ref:updazz.com)
