Successful candidates will undergo a structured training program, as detailed below:- Training Period: All trainees will receive comprehensive Customer Support training for an initial period of 2 weeks. This training will cover all the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the role.- Certification: After the initial training period, trainees will be required to undergo a Certification process.
