The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the travel arrangements industry, focusing on both domestic and international travel services. This is a target-based role that requires a proactive approach to business development, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the travel industry. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect potential clients within the travel industry.- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales leads.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.- Present and sell Jet A Fly s travel services (flight bookings, hotel bookings, tour packages, etc.) to new clients.- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer details in CRM.- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.- Regularly attend networking events and conferences to expand the company s presence in the travel industry.- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues. Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently in the field, with a results-driven attitude.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.- Knowledge of the travel industry, including trends and customer preferences, is a plus.- Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets under pressure.
