Job Description/Job Responsibilities -- Hiring representatives - Agent development and training on a commission basis.
-Keep an eye on each agent s activity plan to make sure it is being completed to the appropriate standards.
-Update sales and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.

-Encourage and inspire agents to enroll in the organization s career advancement program.
