This role involves managing and expanding our freelancer network, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate continuous growth and engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. Freelancer Database Management:- Manage the existing database of freelancers.- Generate more freelancers through different portals and recruitment channels.2. Freelancer Outreach:- Connect with new freelancers daily through calls and messages.- Introduce them to SnapFind and assess their potential.3. Team Formation and Profile Generation:- Organize freelancers into specific teams based on roles and expertise.- Facilitate the generation of candidate profiles from these teams.4. Content Sharing and Motivation:- Share engaging content and motivational messages to keep freelancers active and productive.- Regularly update freelancers on new opportunities and platform features.5. Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, recognizing their professional status.- Ensure freelancers feel valued and supported in their roles.6.
