In this role, you will lead our content strategy, create high-quality SEO-optimized content, and drive organic search traffic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and a passion for producing engaging content.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute an innovative, data-driven SEO strategy to increase Zingbus s visibility in search engines- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases relevant to our industry- Create, edit, and optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.- Build, mentor, and lead a team of SEO specialists- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, search-friendly content aligned with the customer journey- Work closely with the product team to ensure SEO-friendly product updates.- Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.- Perform regular site audits to identify opportunities for content improvement and SEO optimization- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.- Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, CTR, etc.)Qualifications :- Proven experience as an SEO lead or other similar role.- Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.- Experience managing and leading a team of SEO executives, writers etc.- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, As, etc.- Strong research skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proven track record of producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic.- Basic understanding of HTML, CS (ref:updazz.com)
