Role Description:The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process for our innovative Gen AI solution.Roles & Responsibilities:- Generate appointments and qualified opportunities by rigorously researching and prospecting within the assigned region/market.- Initiate cold calls, creative email campaigns, and other outreach strategies to engage and convert prospects.- Understand customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team to ensure a smooth handover.- Execute outreach campaigns using personalized and strategic messaging to engage prospects.- Maintain and update records in the company s CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up.- Develop creative emails and strategies to capture the interest of potential customers and nurture leads.- Leverage sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM for efficient prospecting and engagement.- Stay informed about SaaS sales trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to the role.Education Qualifications:Graduates / MBAKey Requirements:- 4-6 years of experience as an SDR in the SaaS space preferred.
