-Established nearly 80 years ago, in 1942, Bombay Tools Supplying Agency Pvt Ltd has dedicated its growth to precision and quality.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.- Find all tenders relevant to our company on Gem and other government portals- Coordinate with respective offices and ensure participation in applicable tenders and Bids- Liason with offices to ensure items are delivered and all paper work is up to date- Follow up with companies for payment - Keep our Gem profile up to date including updation of stock- Ensure complete and correct documentation of all tender related invoiceIdeal Candidate- You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or B2B Account Management role, ideally within the Industrial industry.- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).- You have working knowledge of tender analysis, tender management, bid preparation, government tender, bid evaluation, tender preparation, tender documentation and Gem portal- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard (ref:updazz.com)
