We expertise in smart resourcing- Staff augmentation for our clients.The Job :Responsibilities:- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements.- Generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature.- Developing pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales objectives.- Managing the marketing and sales teams and performing managerial duties to meet company goals.- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits and anticipating new marketing opportunities.- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services and Staffing/Executive Search industry.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You have working knowledge of End to end Sales, Lead generation and Cold Calling- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
