1. Handling Team of 15 FOCO Advisors & Driving Revenue from clients mapped to them on Equity, Derivatives, currency Markets. 2. Achieving the targets set for Team on Cross-selling of IP products like MF-SIPs, IAP, TGS, Insurance & PMS/AIFs. 3. Creation of revenue & Activation of Inactive clients through effective Advisory Drive and Terminal Operations 4. Helping & training the Team to Handling Queries & complains of client s & solving it within TAT. 5. Achieving the targets set for Team on Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients 5by periodic meetings. 6. Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client s financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios. 7. Monitoring, Motivating & enhancing FOCO Advisor s (Team) Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls. 8.
