6. Ability to handle tasks individually and take complete ownership of tasks

8. Should be ready for FTE conversion

Strong Core Java API automation
Desired skills
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in on Core Java, Unit Testing and API testing along with Selenium
Leadership: Proven experience leading QA teams and managing complex projects.
Tools: Proficiency in QA tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence. Familiarity with SQL and nice to have PT knowledge
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
