We are hiring! Join our team as a Telecaller to help us connect with potential clients and sell our visa and immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to promote and sell visa and immigration services.
Clearly explain our products, processes, and benefits to clients in Telugu, Hindi, or English based on their preference.
Understand client needs, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversions and maintain customer relationships.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills:
Languages:
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (at least two languages are required).
Communication:
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Sales Acumen:
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Basic Computer Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Customer Service:
A professional and friendly demeanor while dealing with clients.
Optional Skills (Good to Have):
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles.
Knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
Multilingual abilities (additional Indian languages).
