A lead is the contact information and, in some cases, demographic information of a customer who is interested in a specific product or service for the process of gaining the interest of potential customers in order to increase future sales.Roles and Responsibilities :1. Contact discovery through primary and various networking sites like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo to retrieve contact information of prospects and companies.2. To carry web search on different search engines to gather relevant business information about organizations/key contacts as per client requirements.3. Verifying job title and email-id through pass verification to conduct customer research.4. Make outgoing calls to develop new business to qualify leads and maintain lead generation database.5. Provide accurate and timely information to management and preparation for proposals and or sales presentations.6. Develop a strong knowledge of the company s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.Key Requirements :1. Excellent English communication (verbal and written).2. Well-versed with cold calling.3. Research and maintain database skills.4. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.5. Strong project and time management skills.6.
