Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 Yrs) Nanded (BFSI Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives- Developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets of the region.- Generate leads independently through cold calling and other lead generation techniques.- Generating business requirements from New Accounts & developing them to achieve profitability.- Carry out marketing activities for software products to have better penetration in the market.- Maintain and manage excellent relationship with existing accounts and do cross selling and upselling of products.- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.Candidates Requirements:- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA incentives Other BenefitsContact Details:Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone: 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
