Product Manager - Healthcare/Pharma (5-10 Yrs) Mumbai (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

Products : Cardiology, Oncology, Nephrology and Cardio-Diabeto Therapy on priority.Education: Bachelor s degree in pharmacy/Life Sciences; MBA/PGDM in Pharma Marketing or Marketing is preferred.Experience: 10 years in pharmaceutical marketing with at least 5 - 7 years of experience in the respective cardio/Oncology/ Nephrology segmentDomain: Pharma MarketingKey Responsibilities : Strategic Planning - Develop and execute brand strategies for the cardiac portfolio.- Identify growth opportunities and establish short-term and long-term business objectives. Marketing Campaigns- Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and market share.- Create impactful promotional tools for the sales team and ensure their effective usage. Market Analysis- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify gaps and opportunities.- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer and market dynamics. Team Collaboration- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and supply chain.- Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
