We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team and contribute to our continuous growth.As a Telecalling Executive, your main responsibility will be to communicate with potential customers by making outbound calls. You will be expected to build and maintain a good relationship with customers, understand their needs and recommend our products and services accordingly.Responsibilities :- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our company s products and services- Discuss the benefits and features of our products in a persuasive manner- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services- Build and maintain a good rapport with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services that meet their requirements- Keep track of all calls made and update customer information in the company s database- Follow-up with potential customers through calls or emails to secure new sales or service opportunities- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales leads and potential customers- Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and stay updated with the latest industry trends- Adhere to the company s policies and procedures at all timesRequirements :- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar position- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build a good rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships- Strong sales and negotiation skills- A positive and results-driven attitude- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment- Basic knowledge of computer and CRM software- High school diploma/GED required.
