(For Females no night shifts)DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels.- Proficiently make outbound calls to identified target prospects within specified segments.- Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients through personalized communication strategies.- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.- Schedule and conduct meetings or demos with interested prospects to discuss our offerings further.- Maintain a well-organized database of leads and clients, tracking all interactions and follow-ups.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client engagement.Eligibility Criteria- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client outreach.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to quickly build rapport.- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.- Hands-on experience with online research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Hoovers) for retrieving prospect contact information.
