Job Description
Position title : Sales DirectorExperience:8 to 15 YearLocation : BangaloreNotice Period: 30 to 45 days maxQualification:AnySkill set:software sales,leadership , B2B software solutions, enterprise software sales , , SaaS business models , SAP SalesKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution- Develop and execute, with the help of management, a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company s business goals and revenue targets.- Identify and explore new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to drive expansion and growth in key industries and regions.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create go-to-market strategies for new product launches and drive customer engagement.Team Leadership and Development :- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet and exceed sales targets- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to foster growth and accountabilityRevenue Growth and Forecasting :- Own the overall revenue target and ensure consistent achievement or over-achievement of sales quotas.- Accurately forecast sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue, providing regular reports and insights to the sales head and senior management.- Identify risks in the pipeline and work proactively to address potential challenges in closing dealsCustomer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through regular engagement, solution consultation, and problem resolution.- Act as an escalation point for high-value clients or complex negotiations to ensure customer success and satisfaction.Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence :- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to stay ahead of the bmarket and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
-Provide insights and feedback to product development teams based on customer feedback and market demand to drive innovation and product enhancementsQualifications:- Bachelor s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- 8 years of experience in software sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B software solutions environment- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales, SaaS business models, and long-cycle sales processes.- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Experience managing and developing high-performance sales teams.
