Job Title : Course Counselor (Sales Executive)Employment Type : Full-time, In-Office Work (6 days per week)Salary : INR 30,000 ~ 35,000 CTC per monthJob Description :We are looking for a dedicated Course Counselor to join our team. As a Course Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students toward making informed decisions about their career paths in the dynamic fitness industry. Your role will include handling inquiries, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and surpassing admission targets.Responsibilities :- Engage with prospective students, providing them with objective information about our courses and addressing their queries over phone calls or in-person meetings.- Conduct Course Counseling Sessions, including school tours, to provide detailed information about the school and courses we offer.- Ensure that all questions and concerns of prospects are addressed, and when necessary, facilitate communication with domain experts from K11.- Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects, focusing on resolving queries, providing solutions, and offering relevant information.- Collaborate with the Sales Team, actively participating in periodic meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and contribute to the team s success.- Continuously update your knowledge about our products and services, staying informed about the latest developments and improvements.- Prepare and submit daily reports and End of Day Reports to evaluate individual and team performance.- Embrace feedback and participate in audit sessions conducted by the response quality assurance department to improve skills and performance.- Attend training sessions and refresher programs to enhance your understanding of our courses and stay updated with industry trends.Desired Profile :To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities :- Excellent communication and coordination skills: You should have strong counseling proficiency and the ability to understand and address the needs, aspirations, and concerns of prospective students.
