The Telecaller is responsible for managing phone calls with students, explaining courses and services, and maintaining relationships. This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with the ability to handle queries effectively and maintain student data.Requirements- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and stakeholders.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- A passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.Responsibilities- Make 100 cold calls daily to prospective students, explaining the courses and services offered by the institute.
-Maintain a connection rate of 70% to 80% from daily calls.
-Generate 4 to 5 daily walk-ins from cold calling efforts.
-Use pre-defined scripts to contact both prospective and existing students.
-Address queries related to courses, services, and any issues students may face.
