Job Description :We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The role focuses on engaging with leads generated through digital channels like Google and Meta. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, explaining our services, and converting leads into satisfied clients.Key Responsibilities :- Lead Calling & Conversion : Reach out to potential clients who have expressed interest in our services via Google and Meta ads. Build rapport and convert leads into customers by offering appropriate business registration and consulting services.- Understand Client Needs : Engage with clients to understand their business registration and financial consulting requirements, and provide tailored solutions.- Sales Pitch & Product Knowledge : Clearly explain the benefits of our services (business registration, compliance, financial consulting) and answer client queries to ensure they make informed decisions.- Client Follow-up : Maintain timely follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, using our CRM to track progress and ensure no lead is lost.- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of client onboarding.Requirements :- Languages : Fluent in both English and Hindi.- Sales Skills : Strong communication and persuasive skills to explain complex services clearly and close deals.- Client-focused : Ability to understand client pain points and match them with the right solutions.- Experience : 0-2 years of sales experience preferred, especially in consulting or financial services (but not mandatory).- CRM Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).- Problem-solving : Ability to address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.- Target-driven : Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and incentives.- Training and development opportunities.- A dynamic work environment with a chance to grow with the company.- Work-life balance.
