Job Description
Responsibilities :- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking.- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.- Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management.- Attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on market developments and expand the network12.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the IT industry.- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Willingness to travel as needed (ref:updazz.com)
