Key Responsibilities :- Sales Engagement : Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers.- Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.- Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with customers through excellent communication, active listening, and personalized service.- Sales Techniques : Utilize effective sales techniques to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.
