Job Description
Role Description :Visit merchants and complete assigned tasks. Sign up merchants on our portal and create QR codes for transactions. Understand Company products. Engage effectively with merchants and resolve their problems.
-Mandatory documents (To be carried by the candidate to the interview location):- Aadhaar Card - Full DOB Required- PAN Card - Name & DOB Match with Aadhar- Education details/documents (All mark sheets/degree certificates)- Bank account details (Picture of Passbook or cancelled Cheque)- Good to have s (to boost chances of selection):- Two Wheeler (For Field Visit)- Android Smart Phone (For use of Apps necessary for day to day tasks - Only Male candidates applicable- Age should be 18 to 35 years Role Description :- Visit merchants and complete assigned tasks.
-Sign up merchants on our portal and create QR codes for transactions.
-Understand Company products.
-Engage effectively with merchants and resolve their problems. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to drive business growth by meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. This role requires travel within [Over All Kerala] and focuses on building strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities :Sales Target Achievement :- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.- Generate and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.Product/Service Presentation :- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product/service.Market Research and Feedback :- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Provide feedback to the internal team to refine products/services.Reporting and Documentation :- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using [CRM software].- Prepare and submit sales reports to the management team.Collaboration :- Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
