Key Responsibilities:1. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion : Formulate and execute growth strategies to boost market share and hit revenue goals.2. Risk Analysis : Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful solar project execution.Qualifications & Skills:Experience :- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the solar, renewable energy, or power generation industry.- At least 3 years in a leadership role, managing large sales teams and driving business growth, state and national level projects.Skills:- Proven track record in closing large deals and driving multi-million-dollar sales.- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them to diverse stakeholders.- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Strong knowledge of solar products, energy storage solutions, and industry regulations.Education:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, BSC or a related field.
