Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying, targeting, and securing new clients within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, particularly within the IT sector, and will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.Key Responsibilities :Client Acquisition :- Identify and target potential clients in the IT sector through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online research.- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients.- Generate leads, set up meetings, and present our IT services and solutions to potential clients.Market Research :- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.- Identify opportunities for growth and development within the IT market.Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.- Act as a point of contact for new clients and ensure a smooth transition to the account management team.Proposal Development :- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Sales Reporting :- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.Networking :- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and industry professionals.- Leverage existing networks to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications :- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar role in the IT industry.- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and market dynamics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
