Job Description
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.- Actively approach targeted business clients including schools, colleges, universities and corporates via telephone, emails, social networks, events, etc. to get the first formal interaction to introduce and position the company rightly.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals.- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company s products/servicesRequirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and enterprise sales cycle.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:- MBA or advanced degree.- Experience in Corporate and Educational Institutes Tie Up- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
