Key Responsibilities :Product Catalog Management :- Handle end-to-end catalog management, including creating, updating, and maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms.- Ensure accurate product details, descriptions, images, and specifications are uploaded and regularly updated.Bulk Listings :- Manage bulk product uploads using automation tools and macros to ensure efficient and timely execution.- Implement processes to streamline bulk listing tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.Automation & Tools Utilization :- Leverage macros and other automation tools to enhance the speed and efficiency of catalog management tasks.- Continuously explore and implement new tools to improve the overall catalog management process.Quality Assurance :- Regularly review and audit product listings to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company standards.- Resolve any discrepancies or errors in product listings promptly.Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and accurate representation online.- Work closely with the IT and development teams to implement new features or tools that enhance catalog management.Data Analysis & Reporting :- Analyze product performance data to identify trends and opportunities for catalog optimization.- Prepare reports on catalog accuracy, listing performance, and other key metrics.Qualifications & Skills :- 2-8 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, with a focus on bulk listings and automation.- Proficient in using macros and other automation tools for bulk uploads.- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
