Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - B2B - HealthtechAbout the Role:As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth within your designated territory. You will work closely with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio.Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, VijayawadaExperience: 2-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the healthcare, SAAS or technology sectors.Education: Bachelor s degree-Science/ Engineering Background or Master s/ MBA in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.Responsibilities:- Educate potential clients (tier 1 corporate hospitals) on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Work closely with the product development, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.- Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to meet each client s needs.- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.Requirements: - Aligned for a field sales role (Individual Contributor) and expertise successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers.- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced - environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
