Job Description
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person.- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.-Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.- Gather market and customer information- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.- Provide the customer with quotations as per their need.- Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry researching and analysing sales options.- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.- Identify Areas in the sales process and provide improvements if necessary.- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers.- Liaise with delivery team to check the progress of existing orders.- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Participate in sales team meetings.
