Job Description
Position Overview :We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development within the IT Services and Consulting industry. A self-starter with exceptional communication skills, the candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions to our clients.Key Responsibilities :1. Lead Generation and Prospecting :- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.- Research industry trends and target accounts to create a robust sales pipeline.2. Client Engagement :- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.3. Sales and Business Development :- Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored IT service and consulting solutions.- Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into long-term partnerships.- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.4. Market Research and Strategy :- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.- Contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve business growth.5.
