Located inside Mumbai s Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.We are looking for a fantastic team member to join us as a Senior Executive - PR & Content in our marketing team.Roles & Responsibility :- To be an integral part of the marketing team in devising the strategy and executing all marketing and promotional campaigns for Whistling Woods International.- Planning an editorial calendar, commissioning content, and identifying PR opportunities for the company.- Produce high-quality content including written, graphic, and moving images, to engage with and influence target audiences for various social media platforms, press releases, thought leadership articles, white papers, and newsletters.- Research, plan, and create a detailed schedule of activity for each campaign (including PR/content/social media plans)- Plan and execute the Corporate Communications.- Content writing for overall marketing- Coordination with Creative agencies for overall brand communication- To manage all aspects of print production, receipt, and distribution. Preparation of marketing and promotional campaigns, brochures, information, etc, and plans for Whistling Woods International.- To ensure the achievement of frequent, timely, and positive media coverage for Whistling Woods International across all available media.- Liaise and interact with Advertising Agencies, Media Buyers, Channels, Clients, etc to source sponsorship and promotional advertising for Whistling Woods International- Co-ordinate with the Technical Team, Publicity Designers, Agencies, and Clients on all marketing and promotional campaigns for Whistling Woods International.- Strategize and execute all below-the-line promotional and corporate events and functions for Whistling Woods International including its promotion across all media and tying up sponsorships.- Carry out and be part of below-the-line activities such as Career Fairs and Events.- Be in constant touch with the advertising and marketing community at large to source innovative techniques, ideas, and new initiatives for Whistling Woods International.- Develop and build the brand of Whistling Woods International in line with the Organization s objectives.- Overall AV s along with the Editing Team.- Third-party tie-ups and coordination with consultants- Travel for Marketing events as and when required.Skill sets required:- Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in PR & Content.- Experience working within a B2B & B2C marketing agency- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into engaging content- Excellent writing and content creation skills across multiple channels including social media, print, white paper, press releases, etc.- The ability to think creatively and strategically, and perform insightful multichannel analysis and reporting- Broad understanding of social media platforms, channels, and content opportunities.-You may have a look at the official website of Whistling Woods International at www.whistlingwoods.netJob Location: Goregaon EastHR Team (ref:updazz.com)
