Job Description
Role & Responsibilities :Achieve Revenue and Market Share Targets :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.Customer Engagement and Relationship Management :- Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and potential customers.- Set up product demonstrations, discuss technical solutions, and manage complex negotiations to secure contracts.Market Analysis and Strategic Planning :- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales, highlighting performance and strategic insights.Cross-functional Collaboration and Seamless Execution :- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.- Partner with customers during the initial days of product usage to ensure faster adoption and a smooth handover to account managers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Review Criteria :- Strong Sales Manager Profile- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4 YOE in B2B Sales- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have recent 2 YOE in a Good B2B SaaS Company- Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have Experience in B2B Sales for Manufacturing, Logistics or Transportation Industry- Mandatory (Company) - Good B2B SAAS Company- Preferred (Education) - MBA from a Tier 1 College (ref:updazz.com)
