-Dive into aggressive tele-sales work with hard targets, focusing on selling our software solutions to small businesses in tier 2/3 cities. Successful achievement of targets during the internship leads to full-time employment.Responsibilities:- Aggressively prospect and qualify potential clients to meet revenue targets within the assigned lead quota.- Conduct intensive market research to understand customer needs and industry trends for effective solution positioning.- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos to showcase the value of our software.- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to craft tailored proposals for clients.- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and manage customer relationships using CRM software.- Negotiate and close sales deals under tight timelines, ensuring the achievement of set targets.- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.- Participate actively in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and market knowledge.Qualifications :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.- Enthusiastic about technology and software solutions.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.- Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
