This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to effectively present and promote properties.Key Responsibilities :Lead Generation :- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, tele-calling and direct inquiries- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.Client Engagement :- Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain a database of leads.- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and messages.Property Presentations :- Present and explain property features, pricing, and other relevant details to potential buyers.- Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.Sales Support :- Assist the sales team with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.- Provide detailed and accurate information to clients regarding the property and the buying process.Market Analysis :- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.- Analyze market data to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.- Follow up with leads to convert them into potential buyers.Administrative Duties :- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales progress.Qualifications :- Education : Minimum 12th Standard/HSC or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.- Experience : Previous experience in a pre-sales or tele-calling in the real estate industry.Skills :- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Requirements :- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.Perks & Benefits :- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Fixed Sunday s off- Alternate Saturday off (2nd and 4th Saturday)- Job Location : Andheri East - Chakala- Immediate Joiners Preferred (ref:updazz.com)
