Job Summary:
Bechtel 's Information Systems and Technology organization is seeking strong delivery focused technical expert in application and desktop virtualization technologies.Individual needs to be familiar with other application virtualization platforms like Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop.
The candidate will also be required to work closely with other members of the team in creating critical direction and architecture for enterprise:wide deployment of future virtualization products, services and solutions.The position will also act as a tier three level technical support providing specialist assistance and planning guidance to other Bechtel organizations. The candidate should be willing to work on flexible shifts, to meet business objectives. Shift timings are subject to change as per job requirement.
Major Responsibilities:
:
The position will be liable for assisting, defining standards, package development, and integration of enterprise Citrix Cloud technologies.
:
The duties include application package streaming, system/user performance monitoring for both published applications and desktops
:
Coordinate/Implement routine and Adhoc tasks with multiple vendors, customers and stakeholders.
:
Design and implement custom scripts to alleviate various tasks in environment.
:
Execute/document tasks and actions performed wherever necessary.
:
Work towards automating routine tasks and nanage incident SLAs.
Education and Experience Requirements:
:
Recognized degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited college or university, or specialist courses in networking, information technology, server administration and infrastructure operations, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
:
5 years of experience in Assisting and maintaining a large:scale enterprise Citrix environment.
:
5 years ' experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop deployments, application Integration/Management/Deployment and/or streaming technologies (App:V or MSIX)
