The job involves field salesRoles and Responsibilities:- Build a strong network with a range of professionals including but not limited to doctors, clinical specialists, psychiatrists as well as hospitals.- Analyze market trends and conditions to understand where opportunities for networking and business-building may arise.- Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.- Reach out to doctors and other medical professionals through both offline and online means and develop constructive relationships.- Researching competitor s offerings and their respective market performances.- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients taking care of terms of the agreement and post-contract formalities.- Preparing presentations for potential customers.- Maintaining detailed records and reviewing sales performance.- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.Skills Required:- Proficient in usage of computer tools (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).- Effective Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Time Management, and Strong Networking SkillsEducational Qualifications:- Bachelors degree.
