Job Description
- Company is hiring Sales Manager to focus on hunting and implement pro-active New Business Development activities for our Manufacturing focused Analytics & AI/ML, Project Management & Custom Applications Practice.
-Our partnerships extend to supporting SAP & Salesforce as well, though not as focus areas.
-The Sales Manager will grow net new business in the chosen space.
-Requires understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, in conjunction with technical pre-sales support.
-A good Sales Hunter is keen to get their hands dirty and actively helps the team develop value propositions based on a firm understanding of opportunity areas in this space.- Responsible for identifying and closing new deals in the chosen space. Be the face of Company to the market and help position it a trusted advisor- Leverage the ecosystem of our capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals and service lines to develop solutions that address the client s business problems With SMEs, to focus on Digitization of Processes.Required Qualifications : - Bachelor s degree.
-Minimum 4 years strong experience of selling IT Services - Experience of Microsoft based services sales or Mobile App Sales.
-Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXOs of leading organizations - Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation - Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications : - History of achieving/overachieving sales targets - Experience in S/W contract negotiations - Experience with competitor mapping - Ability to identify upcoming deals by networking with key client partners (ref:updazz.com)
