We are currently seeking a Technical Lead:Core Banking to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN:UP), India (IN).
Summary of role:
:
The
successful candidate will be a valued member of the Business stakeholders team in a Core banking transformation project and will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of our core banking system related changes, upgrades, and maintenance. This role requires a deep understanding of core banking platforms, software development, and the ability to lead a team of engineers in delivering high:quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
We 're looking for someone who :

Can Lead the design, development, and deployment of core banking solutions . Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Can Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, Develops and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements into technical solutions
:
Will Oversee the integration of third:party systems and APIs
:
Will be responsible for delivering quality changes and integration into the wider technology eco system, ensuring that requirements are well understood and aligned across all stakeholders.

Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices. : Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of the codebase.

Oversee and Support the testing processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
:
Work with colleagues across various teams ensuring effective collaboration, communication and capturing/documentation of business cases
:
Can engage with and influence key business and IT stakeholders in the definition of requirements and drive the implementation of appropriate technology solutions within Corporate banking domain, and associated business platforms.

Play a key role in planning and delivery of the requirements
:
Have Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, Python, or similar. : Experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
:
Has proven experience (5 years)in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with Strong expertise in implementing core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE, etc.).

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent problem:solving skills and attention to detail.

Can manage multiple stakeholders across Design, development and business lines

A strong technical background with a proven experience as a Lead/ Manager in implementation of Core banking systems and changes in other applications around core system

Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving integration with multiple systems

Proven ability to provide guidance to Developers and manage timely delivery of quality output
:
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate key issues in finalising design against system limitations backed:up with strong technical acumen
:
Proven ability to provide technical guidance and assistance to colleagues and the strategic partner(s) as appropriate.
