Customer Support Executive (Inbound)

Requirements for the Business support Executives. Designation Business support executive.Candidates have to attend & answer the queries of our customers through calls & Emails related to our Business.They will be trained under calls, emails & the software s we work on.Good in communication & Fluency in English.Basic knowledge in ExcelRequire 5 agents (Only Female candidates).Working between 8 am to 7 pm in 2 shifts.Shift 1 is between 8 am to 5 pm.Shift 2 is between 10 am to 7 pm.Self-transportation.Agents have to be flexible to work in both the shifts.Working between Monday to Saturday.Week off - SundayMost preferred are fresher 's.The Take home salary is between 17k per month (for fresher) i.e., can go up to 19k for those who have at least 1 year experience with good communication.
