Business Development Officer

Canara HSBC Life Insurance Co is Now Hiring Business Development Officer for_ Deffence Channel_
This is a target based job with fixed salary and have opportunity to claim incentives according to the generate of business.
Ideal Profile: - Candidate from Life Insurance, we may consider from any sales experienced person or Pharma/ BFSI or HNI family. No Freshers.
Experience 1 year and above CTC upto 4.75 LPA
Age Limit - Up to 40
Minimum Education Graduate
The primary responsibilities:
Managing and Life selling insurance in Army and Defence area.
Emphasize building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Recruit Ex-Army persons OR Agents on pay roll of company.
Help them to sell Life insurance and work with them in Army, Navy, Air-Force and all government Defence areas.
Motivate Officer/ Agent and help them to generate business.
Others Specification:
Should have good local Network
Should have sound knowledge of Financial Industry
Good communication: English/ Hindi /Regional Language
Local Candidates are preferred
