-Excellent Communication Skills with Telephonic Etiquette (Written & Verbal) - Fluency in English & Hindi is must- Passionate personality, Aggressive in nature, Result Oriented, & Punctual in all aspects- Takes complete ownership of retaining every existing client and is innovative to excel the odds- Be proactive in taking up additional responsibilities- Is flexible and ready to extend shift hours in need of business requirements and deliverablesRoles and Responsibilities :- Reactivate expired clients by renewing their subscription through our products offerings in line with their investment goals.- Probe, Identify and Create opportunities by interacting with existing customers with the emphasis on our product offerings and highlight the importance of wealth creation in the long term.- Proactively follow-up, build client relationship and Reactivate expired leads who have lost association with R&R.- Reach maximum clients each day and rebuild healthy business relationship with them to rebuild confidence and ensure continuity.- Making minimum 100 to 120 calls per day and deliver Talk-Talk time as per business productivity benchmark and standards.- Consistently maintain the Conversion Rate % at the expected standards by Reactivating the expired subscribers.- Deliver Daily productivity and Conversion goal as per the business requirements (KPI).
